Acro Yoga is coming back to Essencia's community on the 1st Saturday (6/1) and July (7/6) 3 - 4:30 PM

All are invited to stay on for “Acro Jam” from 4:30-7PM.

This less structured and more collaborative time, includes all practitioners to join and arrive from a variety of skills and experience.
