A Retreat Day for Essencia Friday “Yinnies” led by Sr. Glenna 

"Whatever we may call the Divine, be it God, Source, Christ, Lord… or your own word, this Benevolent One has gifted us with the light and life. The fundamental source of wisdom, strength and energy comes not from the world outside us or our companions on our journey…but from our very selves. Our souls, our hearts, and our minds are vast sources of power and energy that too often we take for granted.
This retreat day will be a time for you to deepen your awareness of the light within, your personal strength and wisdom. The day will include time for presentation, group sharing, as well as ample time for personal quiet and reflection."
