This workshop will provide the resources and time to learn the theory behind the alignment of and practice of the Arm Balances, Inversions, Supine and Prone Postures

Discussion on the alignment principles and what to look for, what to observe, when to demonstrate, if to assist, when to correct, what to cue and how to deliver effectively. All the while maintaining the core qualities of successful teachers.

To invite a student to transform within a pose or within their life is a gift and a responsibility. To speak to students and to stand as a leader requires preparation, introspection, and the courage to speak from experience.

Pre-registrations cost $120 (6 Hrs Credit)

  • Teacher training students and Grads from Essencia Yoga receive this workshop at no additional cost.

  • 300 hour Trainees and EY Grads may be called on to assist.
