On New Year's Day, Essencia Yoga will host a Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga class, combining pranayama, traditional Sun Salutations with mantras, gentle asanas, chakra balancing, and an optional silent meditation, followed by a beautiful closing practice chanting the Gayatri mantra. Infused through the class will be Sunday’s Law of Pure Potentiality. The Laws translated and elaborated by Dr. Deepak Chopra are practical guides for living to your fullest potential. Come spend the beginning of 2017 moving, breathing and being with ease. Everyone is welcome, including those who have never practiced yoga, and those who are so very experienced. This journey will take place during Essencia Yoga's usual Community Karma class.
