This workshop will provide the resources and time to learn the theory and involve practicing effective ways of inspiring your students in a creative and knowledgeable way. How to create and offer a safe and nurturing atmosphere that invites practitioners into a transformational practice of yoga.
The 9:30-11 am Level 2-3 Class will be warming for the technical work we will engage in for the Arm Balances. It will help to see and feel where the arm balances are placed in a practice. This will be followed by a rewarding Savasana and meditation / break that will prepare us for the 11:30 - 12:30 overview intensive of the techniques and variations of Arm Balancing in Yoga.
