Maha Sadhana, which translated means "The Great Practice," and includes asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and discourse. The asana includes unusual variations and sequencing of popular poses as well as a few that you may not have seen before. The poses are repeated to allow the student to go deeper and explore differing variations. The pranayama techniques appear simple, but are very powerfully used to clear the practitioner's psychic channels in order to prepare the mind and body for meditation. Dharma Yoga practice is adaptable to many levels of student and provides opportunity for physical challenge as well as spiritual opening.
