Summer Solstice Celebration

5:30 Group Photo,

6 - 7 Variations of Salutations

7 - 8 pm:  Meditation/Intention/Snacks

Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, which also means, energetically the sun’s healing energy is top notch!  When we consciously practice around this awareness, immense gratitude unfolds.  It is a time of reflection for all that we have received in the past year and set your intentions for the upcoming year.

It can serve as a gateway into the second half of the year, a great time to get some clarity around your goals.  The energy of our body, reflecting the energy of this time of the year which can heighten the effects and amplify the practice.

The earth’s yearly rhythm brings a pivot and allows for a time to identify what our personal cycles are engaging in and release unhealthy patterns. We can use this shift as leverage to focus on what we intend to nurture as we move toward the winter solstice.

This year the if falls on Friday, the 21st of December. Come and celebrate Summer Solstice with a community of sojourners that will remind you that you are not alone and will empower you to stand on the threshold and shine from new depths.
