Fundamentals of Arm Balance: Crow

It’s time to break down instruction for the arm balancing ... flying poses into the component steps. Well-crafted instruction and sequencing, will help prepare our bodies for liftoff.

In order to invite practitioners to be challenged in class, we might offer for those who have an arm balance in their practice, to engage in it.  By including them we also offer possibilities for growth, to those interested.  However, arm balances are not the "culmination" of a practice, or even demonstrate a "level" of experience.   

Without forcing any sort of outcome, we invite you to learn what the basic steps to breakdown this posture might be and see what you learn in the process.  All Levels are encouraged to participate in this practice.
