Moon Salutations

The Moon Salutation nourishes and supports the subtle body, the energy that moves deeply in us but cannot be seen with the eye.  This practice is grounding and is formed out of nine basic standing poses.  It opens up the side-body making way for deeper breathing.  There are forward bends that help quiet the central nervous system.  There are lunges and squatting to both  stimulate and quiet the vibrations ruminating deep within.  Find a depth of stillness results from this practice.
