A WORKSHOP ON PRANAYAMA, MUDRA AND MEDITATION

Join us for a joyful and rejuvenating exploration of the subtle body - the energy within us which guides our mental, emotional and spiritual experiences. This 2 hour workshop will teach you how to find deep relaxation and a heightened sense of awareness through pranayama (breath work), mudra (sacred hand gestures) and meditation. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for new or seasoned practitioners who are interested in going deep inside their mind and developing inner calm. 

Class Structure:

  • Deep relaxation with restorative postures and essential oils
  • Pranayama with corresponding mudras for creating balanced within the subtle body
  • Guided Meditation for finding clarity of mind after we have brought our energy into a harmonious state
