This special two hour workshop has been prepared for those who are looking to create space for healing through relaxation. We will experience the calming benefits of poses where the body is held longer and is supported by props. Pranayama practice will initiate this meditative process, facilitating heat while slowing down the breath and relaxing the deeper layers of your being.
This practice will strategically offer space for those experiencing stress, fatigue, even restlessness, inviting deep rejuvenation, nourishing the nervous system, while restoring energy, and revitalizing the immune system.
We will conclude our time with a group meditation, sealed with both mudra and mantra that will reconnect us to the self-care/collective care throughout the season. Valuing preventative health and remaining connected through this season will also make way for greater vitality in the Spring.
