This special class is designed for those true beginners as well as those seasoned yogis looking for a refresher. Each class will break down class etiquette, yoga vocabulary, breathe work, mediation, mudras, poses and much, much more. This class is structured as equal parts practice and lecture allowing time for questions and a true understanding of material covered. Rachel will also break down the Eight Limbs of Yoga deepening the students understanding of what yoga really is all about.
