This workshop is for those who are ready to move from balancing on their feet to balancing on their hands. We will work with the intention of moving beyond our mental framework to new heights. This empowering experience will open our eyes to the fears we hold on to and enable us to move beyond obstacles that keep us from break-throughs in our life. We will see things upside down and all around while we examine the poses that build strength allow us to safely explore. Many options and modifications will be offered like side plank, crow, and side crow. We will also do protective counter-poses for the wrists, shoulders, core and more.
