Winter Solstice has been celebrated in cultures all over the world for thousands of years. It is celebration of light and the rebirth of the sun, as well as our own rebirth; a time of letting go.
We will continue our tradition of celebration while connecting to what is happening in our atmosphere during this season; learning from the rhythms found in the universe.
No matter how long winter is, this practice enables us to remain focused on our intention, without losing sight of all that is available in the moment.
