This series is designed for those who would like to build a better home practice that will enable them to work on their specific areas of need. It will also help teachers design classes around their student's intentions and give them tools to create insightful sequences for people working toward particular goals. It will equip the instructor with key ingredients that will optimize time and effort put forth in a private sessions, so that their is a sense of moving forward with traction.
It will teach how to create a balanced practice with an enhanced awareness of how to open up lines of energy that will create space for a deeper embodiment of a given set of asanas. These skills will serve you immediately as well as years to come.
