Holiday have you feeling a little run down? Feeling like you maybe indulged on one too many pieces of pie? Need a little relaxation and detox? Join us for this special 2 hour centering and energizing practice! The special class will begin with some pranayama breath-work designed to calm the central nervous system, release any excess tension and discomfort from the rich and festive foods, bringing about greater balance and ease. Asanas and flow will be designed to nurture our bodies back into a feel-good state concentrating on shoulders and hips. There will also be multiple variations of twists all designed to aid in digestion and create an overall sense of space and quietning. We will end practice with the restorative poses, in preparation for the final, peaceful closing with Savasana.
You will return home feeling like a new human being.
After practice we will be serving a variety of healthy snacks and beverages targeted towards getting our diet back on track and promoting healthy, fun eating!
