It is not always easy to sit for meditation, sometimes we need a distraction in order to help us focus. Using a prayer bead strand or Mala as a counter while saying a mantra during meditation practice can quiet the chattering of the mind and produce a deeper awareness. Many religions use beads for meditation and prayer but using a Mala or prayers beads can be practiced inside or outside of any faith tradition.
We will make a Mala to enhance your meditation practice, bless the Malas and then practice meditation with the Malas!
