Program Requirements
6 months of Regular Yoga Practice
Applicants should be 18+ years of age
In order to complete our program you must attend all scheduled classes or pay for makeup sessions
Your Practice teachings might need to be scheduled separately. You will be responsible to submit your requests along with you final draft of the class you are proposing to teach. You will be required to teach 3-6 times to assure your competency and ability to be the teacher you would like to be.
About Our Program
Prepare to be stretched and challenged as you dive in deep to your own journey of finding your best possible alignment, while deepening your roots. The intention is, that you would find growth in experiencing the heart’s expansion while exploring the peace-filled practices of yoga.
Certification
To receive a certificate of completion from Essencia Yoga Teacher Training school students must turn in all assignments, pass all quizzes, complete all papers satisfactorily, and meet attendance requirements. At that point students are eligible to apply for the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Recognition.
